How should my harness fit?
How do I know if my harness fits correctly? Here are the key points to consider:
The neck straps don't flap around or slip onto the shoulders.
The chest strap sits 3-5 fingers behind your dog's armpit. The armpit remains free even when the dog is moving.
The chest strap ends just before the end of the sternum. Both the chest strap and the chest girdle rest on the firmly fused ribs.
To explain everything clearly, we have put together a short video for you.
My harness is too small - what now?
If your harness is too small at the neck or chest, but fits in length, you can easily lengthen the straps.
💡 Tip: Note that you can also pull the sliders under the rubber bands! This gives you significantly more leeway.
If your harness is too short and chafes under the armpits, we recommend trying a larger size. We offer a free size exchange service for this. You can find detailed information about the service here:
My harness is too big - what now?
If your harness is too long and slips behind your dog's ribs, we recommend trying a smaller size. You can use our free size exchange for this, see above.
Does your harness fit in length but is too loose around the neck or chest? Then we offer a custom fitting service. We can adjust the relevant areas precisely to your dog's measurements. There's only a small alteration fee for this – and you'll end up with a harness that fits like a glove.

I ordered a set, but received different sizes!
You ordered a set consisting of a harness, leash and collar and are wondering why the sizes delivered differ from each other on the label?
Don't worry – this is not a packing error, it's completely intentional!
The reason for this is quite simple:
Our harnesses are available in 6 different sizes (XXS to XL).
Our collars and leashes, on the other hand, are available in 3 sizes (S, M and L).
To ensure your set matches perfectly both visually and functionally, we coordinate the parts for best fitting and customer experience.
💡 Two examples to illustrate:
Example 1: A harness in size M has a 25mm wide webbing strap. We supply a matching collar and leash in size L (also 25mm).
Example 2: A harness in size XXS has a 15mm wide webbing strap. A matching collar and leash in size S (also 15mm) are available.
This ensures that everything on your dog looks harmonious and fits perfectly.
