Declaration of revocation

Introduction

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via the withdrawal form (below)).
The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the sent product has been worn/used.
The revoked goods must be returned undamaged in the packaging received.

Exception of the declaration of revocation.

No right of withdrawal exists for (§ 18 FAGG) goods that have been made to customer specifications or tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

All self-personalizable products with our configurators are excluded from the right of withdrawal, since each individual product is assembled according to the wishes of our customers.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
